Happy New Year !!

Hello blogger friends!  I hope you have had a great Christmas with family and friends and that you are all ready for a great 2012!!

I haven't really been doing much on the computer these past few weeks, but with getting back into a bit of a routine I was glad to catch up on visiting some of you.

Tried out another header!!  Super easy to change up, so I hope you like my "winter"shots.  Even though, there is no snow here!!!  It is a pretty brown landscape all over the province and I don't like it!!  Bring on the snow please!  If it is going to be winter, I like seeing lots of the white stuff.   I know there is lots of winter to come yet, so I won't get too excited.

The photo below is one that I took out of the window of the car while travelling to BC this Christmas.  It is taken by Mara Lake.  I love this little bit of the shoreline, it has changed over the years though as the little "mom and pop" cabins have been bought out by larger condo units.  I like the little "mom and pop" cottages better.

Wishing you all a great week and hope you will stop by to let me know what you have been up to.

Happy New Year!! We have a lot of snow out here in the east...not sure how you are holding up out there. Best wishes for 2012.

Your winter header is perfect! Your pictures are always great & the header shows winter at its prettiest.

We just got a few inches of snow this week. It has been terribly cold too. I asked Donna (anangloinquebec) to send us her snow and she apparently did, so I'll send you our snow and that way we'll all be happy! ;D

Happy New Year, Dawna! I love your new header. The font you used is especially pretty!

Mara Lake is such a pretty place. And your new header reminds me that I should work on another one over here.

No snow here, either, but that's not unusual. What a mild winter we're having.

I'm not doing much of anything - settling into life in Victoria again and thinking about what I should be doing in 2012.

It looks so pretty. I hope we get snow this year but it's always a bit hit and miss in England.

Happy New Year, lovely!
