I enjoy shooting doors, windows, old buildings, so this group of pictures will be my first visit to Note Card Wednesday. These pictures were taken in California, Banff, Italy and our little barn right in our own back yard! enjoy!
I think a good title for this would be:
"When God closes a door, He opens a window"
Have a great day everyone and thanks for stopping by the country!

Nice images for note cards. I love the title, When God closes a door, He opens a window.

Oh these are lovely! I wonder what's behind that door!
These are beautiful photos Dawna. I love the second window one with all the glass in front of it. I'm glad you linked up to the party. Have a great day!

i really need a door or window to pen soon ... i keep looking ... sure hope i can find it soon. fingers crossed.
Beautiful photos, Dawna. There's something intriguing about doors and windows - opening, closing, shutting out, shutting in. Lots of metaphors for life.
Your photos are beautiful as always. So glad you found the note card party - it's only once a month, but so much fun!
Hi Dawna, nice to have you along for the ride. How fun that you take photos of windows and doors. I always take photos of open window and doors. Anything that shows a glimpse beyond. Perhaps it is for that reason that I really love the third photo.
Lovely note cards, I like the first one best. Imagine having to hang your laundry out a window!
Really cool!
Such great shots!

I love doors and windows. Wonderful selections for Vee's Note Card party. I especially like the first one.
I love doors and windows and you have captured some great ones!
Doors and windows....they are so interestingly beautiful and tell a story. Lovely captures this month....a truly beautiful set of Note Cards! I'd buy them!
Beautiful photos that would make perfect notecards. I would love to travel to some of these places!
I love these, and I love the theme title you chose. I'm clinging to that right now.
The first one is my very favorite.
What a message with the photos...I am watching those windows open in my life...the photos are great and inspiring.
These windows are one-of-a-kind. If I had to choose, I would definitely pick the second one. The way it looks fit any style of a house. With the right length and the right materials, like the trims and the glass, it would be perfect. Thanks for sharing!
