Create something to share

I enjoy connecting with people on facebook as well.  This fun idea came onto my wall the other day.   Since alot of my "favorite blogs" will link me to others with common interests of photography, scrapbooking, baking, decorating, raising familys, learning more about the God who created us :) , BnB's...the list could go on!  I thought this would be a great way to meet new people in blogland.  So, make a comment and see where we go from here!

Pay it Forward 2011: I promise to send something handmade to the first 5 people who leave a comment. Those 5 people must in turn post this and send something they made to the first 5 people who comment on their status. The rules are that it must be handmade by you and it must be sent to your 5 people sometime in 2011

Above pics are:  Quilt show downtown Drumheller, a card created by one of the gals who came to BnB for a scrapbookers retreat, fresh biscuits made by my best friend so we could do a photo shoot for some BnB advertising, beads on display at the Fernie Farmers Market, my great nephews chubby little hand as we created a gingerbread house at Christmas time, and my oldest son Kaleb creating music in the band he plays in "The Social Threat"

Well, I hope I get quicker at posting and putting my pics together on my blog page!! It is now time to try and attempt getting to the next town for my youngest son, Ben, who has a hockey game.....only problem is there is a good ole prairie blizzard blowing!!  May not be going anywhere today, which means I can make a hot chocolate and figure out more on this blog!!  Enjoy the day...remember you are the most unique masterpiece..created by a God who loves you dearly!!

Thanks for reading :)

Meeting people in blogland IS fun. Commenting on posts helps, many people reply.

I think we enjoy many of the same things...

You are right, I think we do enjoy many of the same things Lorrie....the most special of our "things in common" having been getting to be an aunt to Colin :)
I am getting a few things figured out on setting up my blog, so will see where it goes from there. Would love to send you something "handmade" from That Country Place, as promised in the above post, so please email me your address :)
Thanks for commenting.
