Mosaic Monday...one of my favorite posts to do

It has been a busy week end. I managed to get some yard work done today, took some pictures of the neighbors barn, reorganized my book case in the living room.  The dust is settling from the kitchen reno and it is time to put things back in order.

Tried to find some online inspiration for my book shelves.
I will have to post my finished result another day.

I had a very interesting BnB guest last night.  He is a musician and was playing a gig in Hanna.  Kaleb would have liked visiting with him over breakfast.  Speaking of Kaleb, the band finished recording their CD in Calgary this week end.  It was a stressful week for him, as he was stretched beyond his comfort zone BUT,,,he survived!!  I tried to encourage him and it always is so encouraging when God sends us reminders to just TRUST.....Can't wait for the CD release in June Kaleb!!  Way to go.

I have been trying some editing in Picnik and this is where I created the collage for Mosaic Monday.  Looks like it will be a fun program to use.  I like the assortment of fonts, have been trying to do some "texture" things.  Actually, the texture look behind the tulips is actually a pillow I propped up behind.  Sometimes when you don't know what you are doing, things actually turn out okay!

This texture was applied using the Picnik  program.

Browsing online is very inspiring, isn't it? It will be fun to see what you do with your bookshelf.
Love the tulips - a sign of spring! (But did you have more snow this week?)

I hope your week is wonderful, Dawna.
