Before n After Bathroom Reveal

Finally got some "after " pictures done of the bathroom.  I have taken down the Christmas decorations and am kinda at a loss for what to fill the empty shelves and such with,,,,,so I headed to the bathroom to see what I could come up with in there for a "before n after " post on this room.

This could actually be a "before n middle" post,,,,we do have plans to put in an old claw foot tub that we have in storage.  But, that could be a little while, so here goes with the "MIDDLE" post.

The color of the bathroom before was almost like a sherbert peach
Lots of dark tile, but a great vanity and counter top.
Nothing a little bead board and moulding couldn't fix... right?

Since the tile is staying,  I had to pick a different paint color from
the shades in the tile.  Not my favorite pallet but for now it will work.

We wouldn't be removing all that tile, so I knew that a white shower
curtain would have to hide the tub for a bit.  We have a claw foot tub
that will go into this space, then all the tile will  be removed.
For now, it will have to stay...

AFTER:

There really isn't room for this little chair to stay in the bathroom.
I think it gets the message across though... R e L a X
Thanks for visiting.

One more time, if you are still with me !

Before and after are almost equally beautiful. I like its aura before, but it looks kind of dark and the light paint after made a refreshing sight. Good thing you didn’t change the sink and cabinet countertops. It looks really nice, especially with that new bathroom mirror. Steven, Valley Home Improvement

What an amazing transformation! The new mirror made your bathroom more stunning, as it complements the sink countertops with its flossy black color. Also, the new paint made the bathroom looks cooler and matched well with the cabinets. -- Tiffanie @ St Evans Inc

The new bathroom looks great! I'm so glad you decided to take down the towel rack next to the toilet because it looks a bit out of place to me. Anyway, the mirror's new frame looks lovely and the decorations you added projects such a relaxing vibe. You did a wonderful job. Everything looks great. Kudos! :)

What a wonderful transformation! It doesn't seem like the same room at all. I love every detail you added. The board and batten is an amazing finishing touch. I also love the new color scheme, which made the bathroom look more sophisticated. Anyway, I hope to see more home makeovers like that, Dawna! Thanks for sharing that! Kudos and all the best to you! :)

You played well in choosing colors. And the arrangements of the things, it shows that it is a functional bathroom, not like the ones that barely has toiletries in it. I love what you wrote on the wall above the clock that says –“Live well, Laugh often, Love much”. That’s a good thought to ponder on when somebody’s doing business. Thanks for sharing with us your bathroom redo. Is there any more room in your home that needs to be redone?
